At MONTI.K, your child’s health and safety are our highest priorities.
We are committed to providing a clean, secure, and nurturing environment for every child in our care.


1. Daily Health Checks

Children are visually screened each morning for signs of illness.

Any child with a fever, contagious symptoms, or signs of discomfort will not be admitted.

Parents will be contacted immediately if a child becomes ill during the day.


2. Illness Policy

Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours (without medication) before returning.

For communicable illnesses (e.g., COVID-19, flu, RSV), a doctor’s note may be required.

MONTI.K reserves the right to send children home at any time due to health concerns.


3. Hand Hygiene & Sanitation

Children are required to wash their hands upon arrival, before meals, and after outdoor play or using the restroom.

Toys, learning materials, and high-touch surfaces are sanitized regularly using child-safe products.

Classrooms are cleaned consistently to maintain a hygienic environment.


4. Safety Measures

Doors remain locked during school hours to ensure safety.

Children are supervised at all times, including during naptime and toileting.

Emergency drills (e.g., fire, earthquake) are conducted regularly.


5. Allergy Awareness

MONTI.K is a nut-free environment.

Parents must notify us of any allergies or medical conditions.

Emergency medication (e.g., EpiPens) must be provided with clear instructions and kept on-site.


6. Medication Policy

Prescription medication will only be administered with written parent consent.

All medication must be clearly labeled and stored securely.


7. Accident & Incident Reporting

Parents will be notified promptly of any accidents or injuries.

A written report will be provided and kept on file for documentation.
