Our Enrollment Principles

MONTI.K does not operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We prioritize alignment between a child’s developmental needs, a family’s educational values, and our educational philosophy.

Through this process, we believe children can settle in with confidence, and families and school can move forward together with trust and a shared long-term vision.

Enrollment Process

1. Inquiry

Families begin by exploring MONTI.K’s educational philosophy, program structure, and learning environment through our website or initial conversation.
This step helps determine whether our approach aligns with your family’s values and expectations.

2. School Tour & Parent Consultation

Parents are invited to visit our campus, observe the prepared Montessori environment, and experience the classroom atmosphere firsthand.
During the consultation, we discuss your child’s developmental stage, temperament, and your family’s goals to ensure a thoughtful and informed next step.

3. Enrollment Decision

After the tour and consultation, families take time to reflect on the overall fit.
Enrollment proceeds only when there is strong alignment between MONTI.K’s philosophy and the needs of the child and family.
We believe a well-considered decision creates the foundation for a successful school experience.

4. 1:1 Orientation

Before the child’s first day, we conduct a personalized one-on-one orientation with a child and parents. This session reviews daily routines, the adjustment period, communication methods, and how we support children emotionally during their transition into school.
Our goal is to ensure both parents and children feel prepared and confident.

5. Start of Attendance

Children begin attending school through a gentle and intentional transition process.
We carefully observe emotional readiness, independence, and comfort levels, allowing each child to settle in at their own pace.
This thoughtful start supports long-term confidence, stability, and joy in learning.
